Personal data provided through the form will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation on personal data protection, as updated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Processing of a minor's personal data is lawful only where the minor is at least 16 years old. Below that age, processing is lawful only if and to the extent that consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility. By giving this consent, the data subject declares that they are over 16 or hold parental responsibility for a child under 16.

• The Data Protection Officer is Avv. Alessandra Aiuti, whose office is at Via Cino 31, 51100 Pistoia.
• Data are processed to respond to requests for information, send quotations and answer questions submitted through the website form.
• Processing is computerised, using methods closely related to those purposes and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
• Providing data is required to receive the requested information. Without consent, the controller cannot provide the requested service. Data may also be used for accounting purposes where necessary.

Data will not be disclosed to other parties or disseminated. They may be disclosed on request to competent legal or legislative authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Data may be viewed or processed by processors appointed by the controller, including contractors needed to provide the service, and will be processed for the time necessary to provide that service.

Under Article 12, data subjects may:

• Request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing or request portability in the cases provided for by the Regulation. Exercise these rights by emailing info@appetito.cloud.
• Withdraw consent by emailing info@appetito.cloud. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
• Complain to a supervisory authority where provided for by law.
