What does the free trial include?+
Sign up for a 15-day trial with access to Premium features, without a credit card. At the end, continue with Free or activate Basic or Premium. A paid subscription only starts if you choose one.
What is the difference between Free, Basic and Premium?+
Free includes unlimited menus, QR codes, updates and menus in 7 languages with manual translations. Basic adds orders, bookings, widgets, AI translation and customisation. Premium adds dining rooms and table orders, checkout, gift cards, coupons and analytics.
How do online payments work?+
Set up your Stripe or PayPal account to accept order payments. APPetito subscription fees and payment provider fees are separate. Your platform subscription is managed through Stripe.
What happens if I switch to Free?+
Switching to Free disables paid features. Changing plans does not automatically delete your menus: you can keep using Free features. Deleting your account is a separate action. Contact us before confirming if you are unsure when a plan change takes effect.
